The National Center for Atmospheric Research, NCAR, which includes the High Altitude Observatory (HAO) that is integral to the solar and geospace research community, has been threatened to be dismantled and defunded. AGU has created a quick link for sending an email to Congressperson and Senators to urge them to defend this invaluable scientific resource and, specifically, to sign their internal Dear Colleague Letter in support of NCAR.
