Dear Colleagues,

The deadline for applications to the 2024 Incoherent Scatter Radar (ISR) Summer School is approaching soon. Please encourage any students that you think may be interested to apply by March 21, 2024. This year's school will be held in-person at Boston University from July 22-27 and will include a visit to MIT's Haystack Observatory/Millstone Hill.
