Dear Colleagues,

We enthusiastically invite you to consider submitting an abstract to the Advances in Equity, Inclusivity, Diversity, and Accessibility in Solar and Space Physics Session at the Triennial Earth-Sun Summit (TESS) to be held in Dallas, TX, 7-12 April, 2024.

Session Title:  Advances in Equity, Inclusivity, Diversity, and Accessibility in Solar and Space Physics (https://agu.confex.com/agu/TESS24/prelim.cgi/Session/197628)

Session Description:
Presentations are welcome that share initiatives by solar and space physicists (and others) regarding the creation and sustainability of a welcoming, safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment for all within and outside the research community. This includes policy changes towards equity and accessibility, research-group or classroom methods towards inclusivity, hiring practices towards diversity, and sorely needed demographic studies and information. Actions and data discussed could range from personal perspectives to tactics for small-group interactions to large-scale efforts at the institutional or societal level.
