Dear Colleagues,

Are you looking for excellent research opportunities for your Master's 
or PhD studies? The Physics and Astronomy Laboratory invites 
international students holding undergraduate or Master´s degrees in 
Physics, Astronomy, Chemistry, Computer Science, and Engineering.

Applications are invited for 5 PhD and 5 Master positions (granted and 
funded by CNPq – Brazilian Scientific Agency) at the Universidade do 
Vale do Paraiba (UNIVAP), Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil. Our group's 
research focuses on Ionosphere Physics and Space Weather with a strong 
international presence.

The fellowship for Masters is R$ 2100.00 per month and the fellowship 
for PhD is R$ 3100.00 per month. Fellowship is for a duration of a 
Maximum of two years for a Master's and four years for a Ph.D. However, 
after every year, the fellowship will be continued based on the 
evaluation of performance in the preceding year.
