CEDAR email: IES2023 abstract deadline: President's Day 24 hour extension

Dear Colleagues,

There has been pushback from some members of the community regarding having
the IES2023 abstract deadline fall on a federal holiday in the United
States. So we will be accepting abstracts for an additional 24 hours until
23:59 PT on Tues 21 February.

Thank you for the submissions so far. There is still room for more, and
again, please submit a title only if you are still awaiting approval from
your organization for the main content. You will have the option of sending
the body of the abstract after approval is received, or withdrawing the
title at a later date.
