CEDAR email: Cold-plasma session at Mini-GEM workshop

Hi All,

At the Mini-GEM Workshop January 19-22, there will be a 2-hr-long session for the GEM Focus Group “The Impact of the Cold Plasma in Magnetospheric Physics” that will be held online from 10:00-12:00 (Eastern Time) on Wednesday January 20. With the upcoming Heliophysics 2050 and the upcoming preparation for the Decadal Survey, we would like to focus the major part of that 2-hr session on discussion and presentations of (1) innovative cold-plasma measurements, (2) cold-plasma mission concepts, and (3) new cold-plasma science. Please contact Joe Borovsky (jborovsky at spacescience.org) to get on the schedule.
