CEDAR email: Arecibo Observatory - Postponed deadline for Ionospheric Modification Proposals

Dear colleagues:

The deadline for the Ionospheric modification proposals for 2018 at the
Arecibo Observatory is postponed until communications in the Island are
normalized.  The official communications, including the new deadline, will
be posted in a temporary landing page: www.areciboobservatory.org.
