Message: This is actually not a problem - the error statement is misleading
<br />and should be corrected. This is simply a warning that to roundoff
<br />the fractional land cover obtained from the CLM input surface dataset
<br />differs from that obtained from the flux coupler. This statement
<br />should be modified in a future patch.
