<br />Thanks for all your help, I finally got the model to configure and compile without any errors ... however it still will not run.  When I try to run cam, it can't even start, nothing is even output into an output file.  But it thinks for a full minute before it stops.  I am not sure what is going on, since there is no error message and no output.  What is the first thing the model does that it is getting hung up on?  The command line I use to run cam is:

<br />/home/ccm33/bin/mpirun -np 2 ./cam &lt;namelist&gt;&amp;! output.txt
<br />
<br />The namelist is all correct, I have used it before so I know it works, and both the cam executable and the namelist are in the run directory.  I have also already set limit stacksize unlimted.  Any thoughts?
