[cam-users] T85 namelist

Hi Gary,

In CAM3, we've put the values of parameters that are tuned for a specific
dycore/resolution directly into the source code.  Eulerian/T85 is one of
the model configurations that has been tuned.  So to get the correct
settings for an Eul/T85 run all you need to do is

configure -res 128x256
make
build-namelist

Note that running the build-namelist command is how you get the sample T85
namelist.  Any setting in the sample file that you need to customize can
be easily done using command-line options to build-namelist.
