[cam-users] Column output problems?

Has there been any report of problems using the column output namelist  
parameters:
FINCL1LONLAT, ........ ?

I used the following:
fincl1lonlat = '261e:264e_35n:38n',  
'166e:169e_1s:1n','146e:149e_4s:1s','129e:132e_12s:10s','202e:205e_68n: 
71n'

the metadata of the resulting files looks fine, the intent was to  
produce 2x2 grids over the ARM sites. The lats, lons, times etc. all  
look as one would expect.
But, for example, the temperature data looks screwy. T does not have a  
normal profile, the values all look as if they come from the lower  
levels and there are numerous repeat values in the vertical 26 levels.

I'm a bit stumped as to what is going on, I know that this facility has  
been used in past by others, but I do not know what I am doing wrong.
It looks pretty straightforward to use. I do not know what else to try.
