[cam-users] FW: CAM3 installation issues

Hi,

 

 I am having some problems installing CAM3.  

I'm running a small fiber myrinet cluster  with PGICDK compilers on dual
processor Athlon 1600+ .

 

I would like to use myrinet over gm but keep getting errors on the build.

 

It works find on a single node install without  parallel compiling options.

 

Can you tell me what versions of PGF and gm / mpich/ Linux kernel, Red Hat
OS  were used during your testing .

 

 

Here's the versions of what I am currently running:

mpich-1.2.5..9 over gm

gm-1.5.1_Linux

netcdf-3.5.1

pgicdk 4.1.2

RH 7.1  w/ 2.4.9 kernel.

Dual AMD Athlon 1600+
