[cam-users] CAM3.0 run error

Hi Cathy,

You need to set the environment variable CSMDATA to the root of your data
directory.  The line

> /fs/cgd/csm/inputdata/atm/cam2/inic/gaus/cami_0000-09-01_64x128_L26_c030918.nc

indicates that either CSMDATA is set to /fs/cgd/csm/inputdata, or it's not
set at all in which case that path comes from a default in build-namelist.
