[cam-users] double underscore issues

Hello cam-users,

I am having a lot of trouble configuring CAM3.0 on my pc-linux machine.
 I have determined that I have double underscores in my netcdf library,
however I have not been able to fix this problem yet.  I am trying to
rebuild my netcdf library with single underscores, however I have not
found the correct commands to use to do this yet.  Have any of you had
this same problem, and, if so, how did you fix it?
