The ISCCP variables can be output to any history file using the namelist
variable fincl*. They can be removed from the primary history file (where
they are written by default) via the namelist variable fexcl1. The
frequency of output has the same restriction as other radiation variables
since the simulator only runs on radiation timesteps (hourly, by default).
FYI, the ISCCP variables are in the master field list when doisccp=.true..
The addfld and add_default calls are made from the cloudsimulator_init
routine.
