[cam-users] history output and ISCCP data

It seems that there is a bit of a disconnect between the ISCCP 
simulator output and the regular output.
the simulator output is written out by a separate F90 code.

Two questions:
(1)Can the ISCCP data be redirected to any tape except the primary 
(tape 1, history file-h0)?
The ISCCP variables are not in the master field list, so my guess is 
not.
Can any of the ISCCP variables be controlled by the namelist 
specifications.

(2) If the sampling of the primary files is less than a month is the 
ISCCP data viable?
I ask because the user guide states for DOISCCP the output is 'added to 
the monthly history'. I assume this verbiage is just
an artifact of the normal use of the primary as monthly means. I intend 
to use it for daily or higher frequency.
