[cam-users] Install CAM/SCAM with Intel compiler.

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with installing the SCAM version of CAM on
a linux system with the free Intel C++/ifort (version 8.0) compiler?
Apparently it's been done with relatively minor modifications to the
build. I guess I am asking for a top level configure file and emsf options
from a successful build.
