[cam-users] branch run

[Xuejin Zhang]

When I set a branch run, it require to set  Full pathname of master 
restart file from which to branch. What is the master restart file? I 
set cam restart file from previous run but it also asks for clm restart 
file in namelist during namelist building. Does anyone know how to  set 
namelist variable: NREVSN ?
