Hi All,
I've compiled CAM 3.0 on a redhat linux machine,using
Intel's ifort & icc compilers.While running ,its
giving segmentation fault.I've set stacksize unlimited
etc.
when I used gdb & gave the command,its output was:
#0 0x0855bebe in inidat_mp_read_inidat_qps_ () at
inidat.F90:1176
warning: (Internal error: pc 0x855bebe in read in
psymtab, but not in symtab.)
warning: (Internal error: pc 0x8547ed4 in read in
psymtab, but not in symtab.)
warning: (Internal error: pc 0x8547ed4 in read in
psymtab, but not in symtab.)
#1 0x08547ed5 in inidat_mp_read_inidat_ () at
inidat.F90:141
warning: (Internal error: pc 0x8547ed4 in read in
psymtab, but not in symtab.)
#2 0x0858709b in inital () at inital.F90:114
#3 0x081ca3b2 in cam () at cam.F90:181
#4 0x08b3dcbc in main ()
It seems to be stack problem.I'm a normal user(not
root) & I've set ulimit -s unlimited in my(home
directory's) .bashrc file.
Some of Makefile options are:
USER_CFLAGS := -i4 -r8 -align -g -C
USER_FFLAGS := -I/home16/vikram/CAM3/camtemp
F_OPTIMIZATION_OVERRIDE := -i4 -r8 -align -g -C
Or is this a memory violation?How to overcome this?Plz
help
Ananth,
from IISc,B'lore
