[cam-users] How to design and run perpetual CCM3 model?

Hi, CCM3 users,
 I want to run CCM3 with perpetual fixed month
climatological state, that is, the solar radiation
doesn't vary from month to month, how can I do that? I
hope all of you understand what I mean.
