[cam-users] Broken link to web pages of User's guide and scientific descriptionof CAM3.0

Hi all - Is anyone able to access the webpages of User's guide and
Scientific description of CAM3.0.  The link doesn't seem to be working.
Everytime it shows,  " The requested URL was not found on this server.
The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or outdated..".  Has
anyone been able to open this link? Please let me know. Thanks in
advance.
