[cam-users] T42 resolution surface altitude data

Hi!  I am looking for a T42 resolution surface height data.   I looked 
through the CCM3/CAM2 output files, and only found the surface pressure 
and lowest-level height instead.  Does anybody have the surface height 
data (height from the sea level)?
