[cam-users] parallelization documentation

Hi.

Is there any documentation that describes the parallelization aspects of
CAM - data distribution, load balancing techniques followed etc? For e.g.,
CAM provides 4 options for allocating chunks to processors in the physical
grid. Any formal descriptions of these other than understanding by reading
the code?
