[cam-users] What's the exact definition of LANDM and LANDFRAC ?

Dear CAM users,

I want to do an experiment by changing the topography used in CAM2. It seems that there are no longer similar tools just like "interpic" and "definesurf" offered by CCM3. Then how should I determine the values of LANDM and LANDFRAC ?  Should I change the SST and sea ice dataset accordingly? If so, how ?
