[cam-users] Netcdf in seaborg

Dear Minghuai,

After you load the module  "netcdf"  on Seaborg,  you can find out the 
"netcdf" directory
path by issuing the command: "echo $NETCDF_DIR".  The "netcdf" library  
lib/include 
directories are  $NETCDF_DIR/lib,  $NETCDF_DIR/include.   Hope this helps.
%module load netcdf
%echo $NETCDF_DIR
/usr/common/usg/netcdf/3.5/serial
