[cam-users] inital data of T106, T213

Dear CAM2 users,

I want to run the CAM2 with T106, T213. 
Do you know where the inital data (cam, clm2, sst) are  OR where the making programs of inital data, like interpsst, interpic and definesurf in CCM3,  are?

Let me know how to get the inital data of T106, T213.
