[cam-users] clock skew

Hi Eddy,

Check the version of make - I recall something like version 3.79 has a
bug which gets the date from the OS incorrectly. Because of this, make
will see the source files created some time in the future, and not
really know what to do to "update" the executable. A fix was provided in
later releases of make.

In any case, if the CAM compile process spits out an executable "cam"
then your all set. You might just need to be careful when modifying
source code.
