Dear CAM users,
I have been playing with CAM2.0.1. Following the instructions and
information in the documentation, I was able to compile the CAM
successfully on my PC cluster system (pgf90, Linux, and Ethernet
network). The compilation was done with the SMP and SPMD options enforced.
My PC cluster also has the Myrinet network. Following my previous
experience of porting CCM3 (which was done successfuly before), I
replaced pgf90 by mpif90 (Myrinet MPI caller of pgf90), and made several
other changes in the "Makefile" file. When I typed "make", I got the
following compilation error message:
PGF90-F-0004-Unable to open MODULE file shr_const_mod.mod
(/Data/Eddy/cam2.0.1/models/ice/csim4/ice_constants.F: 13)
PGF90/any Linux/x86 3.3-2: compilation aborted
---------
Does anybody have any idea why I have this problem? I'll appreciate any
kind of input. Thanks.
