[cam-users] Linux PC cluster builder for CAM2.0

Dear  CAM users,

I am trying to run the CAM 2.0.1 on my Linux PC cluster (8 nodes, 16 CPUs
system) with the PGI compiler and Myrinet software.  When I untarred the
CAM, I found files like run-PC.csh, which was designed for a single node
operation.  I want to run the CAM in the MPI + SMP mode (MPI between nodes,
and SMP in each node).  Does anybody have a running script?
