[cam-users] problem in running lsm in stand alone mode

dear all,
   i want to run LSM version 1.0 in stand alone mode
in CCM3.6.it is given in user's guide that we should
define OFFLINE_LSM in preproc.h and lsmmain.F and
atm.F should be compiled.but we r not able to search
these programs.can u please help me in finding these
programs,where they r.or kindly tell from where can i
download.
