[ASP-GAU-Users] Balancing GAUs

Hi ASP-GAU users,

Looks like we are quite a bit over on our 30 day and 90 day allocations 
(194%):

However, we're only at 2.1% of our annual:

I think it makes sense to use the annual allocation for small projects 
that need to be run right now, but to hold off on hitting the 30 day 
queue until we're closer to 100%.
