[ASP-GAU-Users] New GAU users

Hi, Scott,

There are two ASP GAUs accounts available currently. One is a regular 
account with monthly allocations of 6240 GAUs. The other is a 
one-time-use annually allocated account with about 100K GAUs in total. 
We kind of came up an agreement when these accounts were setup that any 
ASP GAUs user can use regular account and the one who needs allocation 
from annual account should send out a GAUs budget and ask permission for 
it. So far, I am the main regular account user. I would apply for 
certain amount of GAUs from annual account for next two months.
