[ASP-GAU-Users] reminders - ASP GAU account

Hi all-
   I understand that this is a busy time of year for computing with many
fellows needing to do big simulations in preparation for end-of-year or
early-new-year presentations and publication deadlines. I'm writing with
a few reminders regarding the ASP GAU account.

   First, the ASP GAU account is a supplemental resource, designed to
provide ASP fellows with a secondary pool of GAUs to augment the
allocations provided by their home divisions and programs.
   Second, the ASP GAU account is a shared resource, collectively
managed by the fellows who are approved ASP GAU users.
   Third, the ASP monthly allocation is a "use it or loose it" resource. We
cannot carry-over unused GAUs from month to month.

Bearing all of these things in mind, please work together to make the
most this resource and use the newly established wiki to ensure that all
authorized users are part of the dialog, and to keep track of everyone's
requests along with the consensus plan for the allocation. Thanks and
