[ASP-GAU-Users] GAUs for February

I haven't been using very many GAUs, and I can use a different account
anyway, since my work is part of a larger project.  So I can just use
my other account and let other ASPers use the ASP account.  However,
we're currently at 66% for 30 days, so we probably need to be using at
a higher rate than we are now.
