<div>I'm trying to find existing software for calculating and analyzing kinetic energy spectra from WRF limited area runs. So far the closest I've come is a NCL script for global model output, but that uses spherical harmonics and a lat/lon grid (i.e., not
applicable to WRF).</div>

<div>I'm aware of Bill Skamarock's paper from 2004, but it doesn't look like his code is on-line.</div>
