<p dir="ltr">I read somewhere in the internet that starting from version 4, every time you want to use libnetcdf, you 'must' also call libnetcdff. I experienced often if error messages such as <br>
... undefined reference nf_ ... (pay attention to nf_)<br>
that indicates that libnetcdff is needed for compilation..</p>

You're linking libnetcdf, which is a C version of NetCDF, while WRF needs Fortran version - libnetcdff. Instead of -lnetcdf, try to do -lnetcdff -lnetcdf.<u></u><u></u></p>
