You wrote that you tried to change time-step but it brought no results. In your case i would try to reduce time-step, ex. to 45 secs, and watch if models will get SEGFAULT. If it get, i would see how many time-steps model has made. If it would make the same 4 tics for d01 domain it means that you indeed has problems with RAM.</div>
