I am using standard EDGAR emissions using prep-chem-src with io_style_emissions=1</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif;color:#45818e"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif;color:#45818e">
Since EDGAR is in per annum format initially and it gets converted to per second in the wrfchemi file after running convert_emissions.exe, how often is it read into the model during the run?</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif;color:#45818e">
<br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif;color:#45818e">Is any diurnal cycle function applied to give a weightage to the emissions (which will otherwise be flat in time)? I have currently set auxinput5_interval_m=86400. Is this in minutes or seconds? In either case, how often are the emissions going into the model? And what is the correct format to use for EDGAR emissions?</div>
