<div>Hi, Everyone,</div> I'm trying to run WRF-LES with defaulted case (no any changes from README.namelist and input_sounding <div>in test/em_les/), but cannot make it successfully. Firstly when running ideal.exe, <div>
I got the NaN in rsl.out.0000 file, through the rsl.error.0000 and rsl.out.0000 ended with 'wrf initilizale successfully",</div><div>and wrfinput_d01 file was generated, with all LU_INDEX values were 0. After changed ztop in namelist.input from </div>
<div>19000 to 10000m, there was no NaN data appeared in rsl.out.0000 file any more (see the following). I'm not sure if this </div><div>kind of change reasonable or not. While when run wrf.exe, I got the message as the following (wether I adjusted ztop</div>
<div> in namelist.input file). BTW, I have set up 'ulimit -s unlimited' in wrf running script, the geo*nc file was provided </div><div> in WPS subdirectory. The namelist.input file was also posted below. </div><div>
