Did you see ungrib.exe . metgrid.exe, geogrid.exe in your WPS directory?
I found some errors in your log file, but those are related to ncarg graphic. So I suppose they shouldn't affect your ungrib.exe.

However, I am not sure whether you have built WPS successfully because your log file is incomplete.

The error message you got seemed like that, you try to ungrib GRIB2 format data, but your WPS doesn't support GRIB2. I am suspicious that you didn't build WPS successfully ( at least with GRIB2 support).

Please look at
http://www.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/docs/user_guide_V3/users_guide_chap3.htm#_How_to_Install

This page showed how to install all necessary libraries for WPS and how to build WPS.
