Hi<br><br>make -check doesn't compile, it is just a checking you can run after compiling.<br><br>you have to run "make" alone to compile your code.<br><br>If you still have the error msg, you have to check for netCDF library directory. may be you should add netcdf path in your configure or add a NETCDF environnement variable.<br>
