file, a NCAR-Graphics-based utility, should be located at WPS/util/src
and one symbolic link at WPS/util if you compile it successfully. If not make
sure you set the NCAR Graphics path correctly. Plotgrids creates an NCAR
Graphics metafile, gmeta, you can view your nested domain by using idt command.
