Hi,<br>i tried to add new land use from another dataset which has its own categories, and i have not success, but i think it's possible if you adapt the categories from your new land use to 24 USGS categories. The problem in adding new categories is the amount of information that you must have to fill LANDUSE.TBL, GENPARM.TBL, SOILPARM.TBL, URBPARM.TBL and VEGPARM.TBL files. Write to geogrid binary format is relatively easy, but you must take care with map projection.<br>

I want to add some new land uses from a CLC2000 dataset. It's delivered as a GeoTiff. It's possible to do that, isn't it? But firstly I've to convert this data into geogrid's binary format. I'm trying to achieve this using GRASS. The motivation of this mail is I want to know if someone has proceeded as me.<br>
