I think you must have made some mistake in considering the grid points in wrf namelist. However, I would suggest you to look for the file using ncdump. Without netcdf wrf model can not be installed. I think you should have ncdump. you can type which ncdump and you would see the location of ncdump otherwise please install netcdf first and then compile wrf to proceed further. I would suggest to write to <a href="mailto:wrfhelp@ucar.edu">wrfhelp@ucar.edu</a> or <a href="mailto:wrf-users@ucar.edu">wrf-users@ucar.edu</a> if you face more difficulty.<br>
