The Dx and Dy are the resolution in x-axis and y-axis. you should choose these as per your study.<BR>
e-we=91, 112, 94 these are grid points in x-direction for each domain.<BR>
Each domains grid points depend upon its resolution, it may or may not equal with the mother domain.<BR>
<BR>
For message-2 you changed your vertical level. you mentioned vertical level 31 but in your data vertical level is 28 or vice versa.<BR>
This change may solve your problem. <BR>
