[Wrf-users] How to run em_b_wave

Hi, thank you for reading my email.
I want to model the effect of water vapor transimission on a particular precipitation forecast case, but I don't know how to do control experiment. When I know input_jet file, I think it may be useful in my experiment. So please tell me, is it useful in my experiment？If so, how to run em_b_wave? If not, is there any other method to adjust the jet's strength?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
