[Wrf-users] ERA interim in WRF

Dear WRF users I have downloaded 3D,2D(surface data) and time Invariant
data fields(geopotential and LSM) from ERA-Interime website below. I am
asking which Vtable do we use Vtable.ERA-Interim or Vtable.ECMWF.
Do you ungrib both surface and Pressure fields together or separately
Is there any special way the data needs to be treated before ungribbed\\
