Hi everyone my experience i am a novel in modeling but i know something
about open the output file (netcdf) from wrf; you can try with the sofware
ArcGIS, MCIDAS V, MATLAB and with linux with this: http://goo.gl/CGeaNS

Thats programs open directly the netcdf output from wrf model, when you
open the file you can program a routine to extract only the parameters
useful for you at your especific location.

I hope you find it useful.
