[Wrf-users] cfl error in very complex topography

Thanks for all responses.

epssm solved the problem (0.1, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9 for 27, 9, 3, 1 km of
resolution). But I have one more question:

I am interested in wind speed below 100m, then I am asking me if epssm
parameter has some impact on surface winds results?
