Hi Hossein,

It seems to me that your model is going to be unstable after a certain  
time steps. That could be of different reason, e.g., time steps,  
physical parameterization optins. We need more information to help you  
solve the problem. First of all please include the namelist.input file  
so that we can get information about your model configuration.
